This auction includes lot 59 at the Hickory Woods Campgrounds right inside the gate off of State Road 101. The lot possess a 1997 Chariot Park Model RV (with title), that is furnished with living room, dining room and bedroom furniture. The kitchen cabinets are stocked with table service, cooking pots, pans and bake ware. The unit has a working HVAC, at time of winterizing. There are a couple of other storage sheds on the property that are also waiting for their new owner. The camper has a permanent open front porch that overlooks the entrance to the campground.

CAMPGROUND INFORMATION
Association Fee of no more than $800 Annual that includes Electric, Trash, 24 hour security and facility fees.
Franklin County Water & Sewer - $37 a month
The campground has a laundry facility, pavilion, Live music once a month, poker runs, Food truck events, and more.
There is also boat storage available for an additional fee.
